If you do not have a username and password to access this area please email support{at}opsoftware.co.uk as we are still in the process of migrating users over to this new system.

OP SmartDesk Update…. | OP Software - Solutions for Education

New Software Editions
When we release OP SmartDesk there will be 3 versions available:

• Lite or Free Version: This will provide entry level access to the world of helpesk software providing access to a single technician in order to log and track requests, unlimited user access and unlimited queues, however this version will not support email polling, SLAs, or asset management. There is no charge for this version.
• Pro Version: This supports unlimited technicians and users, unlimited queues, email polling, SLAs, and email notifications but will not include Asset Management.
• Enterprise Version: This is the same as the pro version but will also include Asset Management.

however trademarks are in just waiting on patents as soon as we have these we will release it.

Just as an update the free light version of OP SmartDesk with have this feature in it as standard.

We have been in the middle of an office move which we should finish by the end of this week, this has meant that we have had to redirect phones to mobiles and sometimes these have not picked up correctly.

I would use email as we can gaurantee a response that way.

No Problem mate, As you said you have been busy moving I'll just continue to sit here crunching on my fingers waiting for the email to say it has been released
