    clean up old fields

    Hi I have a floder that I would like to copy all the files and folder to a remote server and then just keep the latest 5 dasys in the original and the remote. I this possible to

    1, move the new files to the romote location
    2, clean up both locations to remove old files?

    You can use XCOPY with the /D option to copy out the new files you want to keep, then DEL what's left and MOVE the copies back. Note that this will affect the permissions and attributes though.
