Simple PHP mail save script

I need a script that checks my imap4 exchange mailbox and then stores each email in a mysql database. then deletes the message.

I need the sender address, to address, time date, subject, and message

Curious and I am sorry for the fact I cant help with your question, but why is it you need something that will do this? just wondering

I need to be able to save all correspondance based by email address, so if a agent deletes their mail out of their inbox, there is still a record within our php application for instance.

If a property owner emails and says " yes lets do it" and then 2 months later comes back and says I never said that. We can pull up the message based by their email address and say on "this date" you stated " email body " etc.

Just away to make sure everything is tracked on the incoming end.
