Scripting IP configuration.

These are needed because we are running a course in which laptops with static IPs are going to run on a new LAN IP range.

Mark Minasi wrote an aricle on using netsh a few years ago. His situation was people who roamed between sites etc.
As for swapping proxys... I think a reg entry is the favorite way to do this. I could make you a little hta with a list you can select and an ok button if you like but Im sure there will be a similar little app knocking around somewhere.
