    Default VB or Outlook Macros

I have little experience of programming of VB or Outlook macros however I need to create the following:

A method to send bulk emails to parents within the school (this would include letters home for events, term newsletter etc.

I can create either a mail list in Outlook or using the same info in an xls spreadsheet.

All email must be sent in Bcc address, Subject of the letter, in the main part of the mail there must be a salutation, one or two line of text and the an attachment in pbf format.

Does anyone have the right method or script?

Yes - send a mail with content & attachments to a number of addresses. I would like it to be automated (no knowledge required!)

You could also look into using a commandline email program like blat if you want to do it via a batch or vbscript.

I would go with ChrisH's suggestion first given your stated level of experience.
