We use PrimoPDF in the school and it has recently stopped working in 2 ICT suites. After investigating it seems the PrimoPDF printer has gone offline on every computer in these rooms, cause unknown at the moment. If I right click the printer in "Printers & Faxes" and select "Use Printer Online" from the menu it resolves the issue. I was wondering if there was some way of scripting this command, as going to each computer and doing this manually would take a considerable amount of time and also not knowing the cause this could very well happen again next week.
