need a script to copy a folder with shortcuts

I need help creating a small script that will copy the entire contents of a folder (which contains shortcuts) to a users local profile in C:\documents and settings\username\newfolder

i've tried various VB scripts and robocopy scripts but it just doesn't seem to want to work..

try robocopy GUI - Download RoboCopy GUI 1.0.0.24 - RoboCopy GUI will copy all files, directories and subdirectories of the source directory to the target directory - Softpedia

You can make a script in a nice GUI so you wont get any problems.
