Does anyone know where I can find the script on this site that will log off the currently logged on user if that account is used to logon somewhere else?
Wes
Do you mean the MS limit logon util? If so it's more than just a script it takes a bit of setting up.
Utility Spotlight: Limit Login Attempts With LimitLogin
He means users not being allowed to establish more than one session.
I know about the MS LimitLogon but I seem to remember a script before the site changed that would check if someone was already logged on with that username and log them off as the new user logged in?
Wes

James.

Theres also this way just found it on my back up which i think does the trick also.
Microsoft has released the LimitLogin tool, which you can download from
http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...limitlogin.exe
i ran into limit logon agessss ago when i was running a 2000 domain and it didnt help me cause it required 2003 domains (then atleast).
So i wrote my own (primitive) custom job at logon to write a file to a share with the username.txt and then if file exists logoff. Since then im moved to a mySQL db and autoIT logon script that does much the same but with an greater emphasis on detail.
