Even better, you may not need to bother, just set it once in GPO for all users under the OU: Manage User Profiles for Remote Desktop Services
You can also use the following Group Policy settings to configure these settings:
Set RD User Home Directory
Set path for RD Roaming User Profile
Use mandatory profiles on the RD Session Host server
The Group Policy settings can be found in Computer Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Profiles and can be configured by using either Local Group Policy Editor or the Group Policy Management Console (GPMC).
