I need some help for am application. what are the challenges and opportunities facing a Learning Authority when implementing the e-strategy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Where do you want to start?

I suppose on thing you can concentrate on if asked is looking at collaboration, the benefits and the pitfalls, how it links into staff CPD and how it can be assessed to show that collaboration via technology has an impact on students (attainment, achievement and within personlised learning)

Look at the research from the ICT Test Beds as this could be used as short range studies in collaboration, and have a search of most LA websites for ICT Vision. Most of the points that are put into these documents are usually in response to something they should be doing, or to try and combat an area where they think it will go pear-shaped.
