Going through our AUPs and agreements and I've realised that we do not have a 'Home Working Agreement' either as a stand-alone document or as part of our AUPs.

Has anyone got one in place, if so how have you worded it to encapsulate DP and Encryption?

A copy of the relevant paragraph would be nice
