Does anyone here have a policy on how to deal with certain incidents, which go against what is outlined in the AUP, or do you deal with violations on a case by case basis?

We're currently running policy central and we're dealing with incidents on a case by case basis, generally just speaking to child in question....some of them have seemed baffled when told that the formula (=fuck off) doesn't work in excel!! One pupil has been excluded for inappropriate use of PC (wrote something about a member of staff), policy central has allowed use to produce evidence of any misuse. When we have refined our policy central use we'll probably deal with any pupils that create a certain number of captures. Sorry can't be more help. Have all your pupils signed an AUP?
