    Procurement Procedures

Does anybody have any procedures in place to ensure good practice and sustainability when procuring resources?

Does anyone have any experience in (IT) procurement who could point me in the direction of any documentation. I'm really after a process that can be followed.

    Thanks

You mean you don't follow the rule "spend as little as possible on something that will last as long as possible and require as little maintenance as possible"?

"This is the best option because X Y Z"

    "Is there a cheaper one?"

    "Well yes but .....

    "Get that then!"
