    Has anyone created an ICT Network Support Handbook containing guidelines for effective practice that I could have a copy of to edit and add to?

    I've been told that because all the other school departments have one - mine has to have one too as if I havn't got enough to do

    best tip i heard recently use mediawiki to create handbook then print it out have offsite copy and copy for slt team...
