Question

ok, back to the original thread topic, I am currently designing a mailshot based on the opinions of you guys. I had an epiphany over the weekend, what a moment of genius, well maybe that a bit too self congragulatory. I was thinking it would be nice if I put something useful in my mailshot such as a chart or list or form or something of that nature, so at least what I am sending may be of some use to people like you.

I am asking for suggestions on this, anything you can think of, no matter how abstract, let me know what you think. It has to be useful though.

examples may be, list of useful phone numbers, some sort of diagram, a chart to fill in when performing a task, a hexidecimal ref chart, etc etc, you know, that sort of thing.
