Free Sound Effects Needed

Can anyone recommend a site where you can download free QUALITY sound effects?
The Drama teacher needs some "stampeding horses" for an upcoming production and wanted some help tracking them down.

Sound Dogs, while not free, only charge for the one effect that you need. Quite a good range too.

Might not help for this but take a look at http://creativecommons.org/ - a whole raft of stuff, much of which can be used freely (but check - there are lots of different restrictions)

There's all sorts of interesting stuff there which could be useful in a variety of subjects (and you can add your own if you're creative in any way)
