All i can say is that there is no contact between edugeek and pro brand/it index.

This request came from original poster.

At request of original poster we have not gone into detail all we can say is that there is no contact between IT Index / ProBrand or EduGeek.net

    Re: IT Index/Proband

I know I said I'd never buy from them again but I've had a printer delivered from Probrand about a month ago (supposedly new) but only today got round to setting it up.

If this printer was a car, to say it looks like it's been in a bad crash with an HGV would be an understatement.

It has several panels that have snapped off but that's not suprising as the shape of the printer is more of a paralellogram if you look at it from the front.

Oh well email sent.. but Im guessing I'll get no comeback as it was signed for (packaging mint condition) over a month ago Anyone know where I stand with this?

You might be lucky, I had the almost the same from them last year.

HP3800 laser bought as new, arrived as a used HP3800 without any toners in it.

Like yourself I'd not opened it until install - 3-4 weeks after delivery.

Got it swapped after a several calls.

Learnt from that though, I now open all printers for a visual within 48hrs of delivery.
