    Classroom Radio Mic Supplier

Does anybody know of a good supplier of classroom radio mic set-ups?

We are kitting out our school with these, but did not like the way we were dealt with by the supplier we were originally recommended (their name, conveniently, escapes me).

I used to work for the BBC on the audio technical support side. We used Canford Audio as teh sorce for a lot of kit. Here's their website www.canford.co.uk. They have a education section too with some good quality
    but rugged basic kit.

There's some good stuff there, but we are really looking for something fixed with more than one speaker (we had a trial with 4 speakers which worked really well).

Thanks for the info though, I will add it to my pile of "useful companies".

    try www.studiospares.com
go for UHF (ch69 is licence free) over VHF frequency bands
however there is some uncertainty whether any of these frequencies will be available after the next round of government mobile phone bandwidth auctions
