Any experience of ICM?

I am (potentially) to work with a company of ICM. Has anyone got knowlege of work with this company? I think they work with schools and ICT, but know only they are a big company.

big company the do on site support contracts for a lot of pc companaies.

Only ever used them as a reseller, not for support. VERY cheap for IBM kit!

A mate of mine has just left there he said they are the worst company he has ever worked for. They also screw up alot of the projects they do.
