    FedEx & Parcel2go.com

Last week i sent a computer to a relative to Australia from the UK with FedEx. The price wasn't cheap but it is going along way. I did it via a website called parcel2go.com. I was very surprised to find the package had managed to get there in 3 days. I think that was good going.

So yer if anyone wants to send anything use these guys they where excellent.

I've used them quite a few times - just within the UK and had no problems at all.

Reading various websites they always tend to get bad press but I can't fault them.

I have had very bad experiences with them using their USA import service. They lost a parcel (worth around £80) and did everything they could to avoid paying compensation. After 6 months of trying to get any money out of them I just gave up. If it wasn't for a family member passing away around that time, I would have pursued it further. Dealing with Anneka Adams-Mercer (their import/export manager) was a futile exercise that only resulted in extreme frustration and stress. Never again.
