Ok, just to put it up here for a couple of reasons, I recomend CCL computers in bradford - www.cclonline.com for all hardware requirements for you school, and personal needs. Very good pricing, and support from them, and they are happy to source most things that you need for your jobs.
Also, whilst on about CCL, IF your account manager was Lyndsey, she is no longer with them. CCL made her redudant on Wednesday last week, and so far CCLs management have failed to tell any of her customers this news, so she's no longer your manager. I am assuming we will be transfering to Mark Shaw, if you want his direct details please PM me and I will forward them on rather than post them on here.

Yeh I've been using CCL ever since me and my dad built our first PC in 1997. I even went for a job interview there once just after leaving school....didn't get it though.
Oh, the worst thing about them is the website is awful.
You can search for things but it won't always find them even if you know they're there, and some things don't seem to be logically sorted, I mean even the menu is just mish mash, surely it should be alphabetical!

I've used them in the past for the odd bit of kit for home - funnily enough I visited their site over the weekend - it has changed quite a bit - even got a forum
Not tried them for bulk purchases but could be worth a look.

I like the website, and have had input in how it works, and the forum is a good place, I advise visiting it

The website just screams amateur to me.
I remember the old list one, I likes that, but in a effort to make it better I think they've made it worse.
Check our www.aria.co.uk a place I've used often when cheaper than CCL or CCL have being out of stock.

I used to buy bits from there all the time whilst at uni. One of my old friends, Helen works there now - a price checker.

I know Helen, she deals with Printers, Networking kit and many other bits. I think she may kneecap you if you call her a Price Checker though, they are called Buyers

I've used CCL privately for several years, since before they moved to the shiny new building they're in now. Never for the school though.
I think they came second in PCPro's customer service awards a few months ago.
I had trouble with my last order though. They sent me the AGP instead of PCI version of the graphics card I ordered. I had a hard time getting it swapped. This is the first time I've had any trouble with them.

Nah she wouldn't - we spent many a drunken night at Rio's and the student bars......and we used to live together as students. Saw her again at a mutual friends wedding last year and it was like old times!
