Yeah and has anyone else noticed that they all sound like the indians off 'It aint half hot, mum' or is it just me?

Nope, normally the problem is buying the wrong type of station. If you get optiplexs or dimensions, so business class machines, you get UK call centres. Ok that is no resounding plus for home users but for our school machines I have never had an Indian call centre.
But as we are singing praises I will say a well done to RM as we had a flat screen monitor as part of an all in one go down, I phoned them at just after 3 yesterday and got an engineer today that swapped it over and all sorted.
