Active Inspire crashes for one user
Had a wierd one today which i resolved so thought I would share.
Had a teacher who has been using Active Inspire across the LAN on various IWB's with no problem. Yesterday it started crashing on her and wouldn't run. I ran it in elevated mode as my user ( Domain Admin ) and it worked fine ( logged in as her ) , made her a local admin of the PC and tried running elevated as her - no joy.
Solution - find her roaming profile and delete the folders :
\Application Data\ACTIV Software
Problem solved. Hope this helps someone else.
