    Promethean Accredited Partner?

I was wondering if you guys could confirm whether a company is an accredited partner of not?

A company [Bela Interactive Installations ltd] has been suggested for us to use for projector maintenance, but their website looks too dodgy for me to trust... [Plus they seem to have a .com URL as well as a .co.uk one.]

By dodgy, I mean knocked up in about half an hour.... It doesn't necessarily mean they're scammers, but it raises a flag.

    Hi There,

Sorry, it's not something I have information on, but our support team maybe able to help - you can contact them through prometheankb.com.

That said, I do know that the only company we "reccomend" for non warranty repairs on projectors provided by us is one called TP Matrix who are in Oldham I think.

The support team though should be able to advise if the company has attended our accreditation programme for installers.

    Hope this helps!

That sounds like you gave an answer without actually giving an answer... If you know what I mean.

I don't think it matters now anyway... the powers that be have made their decision.
