CleverTouchLCD with ActiveInspire

we have recently got 2 CleverTouchLCD computers. WE have 2 simple software and the paint packages work i.e you can use your fingers to draw just like you would with the mouse.

However with activeInspire using your finger or pen tool (physical) to draw on the activeinspire document with the pencil/pen tool this does not work. it acts like a mouse but draws highlight boxes and not what the tool selected should do.

Any help or where to look ?

Hi there,

I think we have seen this before, and you will need to change the Inspire settings for "Touch Input Handling" to be "Use Touch instead of ActivPen". You can get here by going to :

File->Settings->Dual Mode ActivBoards

Hopefully this will resolve the issue!
