We have had a case reported where the Teacher opens ActivInspire it opens in the Studio Look (which it should). However if they just doubleclick on a flipchart directly in their User Directory or similar it opens in the Primary Look.
How do I set things so it will only open in the Studio Look when openinf from a file directly.

the "theme" being opened is located here: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Promethean\Activ Inspire\UserProfile.
If, on the machine, inspire has been set to open in Studio mode, it should do for every flipchart you open - is it possible that they may be actually be opening Primary?
Might be worth restoring the File Associations for the flipchart extension and the flp extension (you can do this in Inspire -> File - Settings - Restore File Associations).
If still having problems, might be worth giving our tech support team a call.
