Some lecturers have reported a watermark on the ActiView screen. I have seen this for myself and I have taken a screen shot. (see attached)
This didn't happen under the administrator account. The watermark (or whatever it is) is at the top left on this account, but on another account it was near the middle of the screen.

Cheers Templar I'll give that a try.
Our Promethean provider was in today and he said that he has never experienced anything like that before.

Nope that didn't sort it. Any more solutions?
It works fine under the administrator account i guess its just user accounts effected.
