Promethean whiteboard no power

After trying new serial cables and power packs we still have no power to an older style serial whiteboard PRM-ABOARDPLUS-RF. SERIAL NUMBER 3191159060. I am looking to try to replace the PCB / motherboard. Can they still be purchased ?
