Promethean Wireless Sound?
We are upgrading our Promethean 300 Pro boards to wireless with the Activehub upgrade kit. Currently the sound to the boards inbuilt speakers travels via usb. When we go wireless how will the sound work? If we still have to connect to the PC to get sound then what is the point of going wireless?

You are correct - the audio is provided over USB.
The only way to acchieve sound other than this would be by using an audio jack cable from the PC to the wallbox / amplifier.
The point of this is mainly to allow a connection to the board from a longer distance than 5m. Audio jack cables can carry sound a lot more than USB can carry data, so if your P.C is quite a way from the board, your best solution may be to use a wireless connection to provide interaction, and the audio jack cable to provide sound.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for the quick response. Not exactly what I wanted to hear but at least I now know.
