Weird pen right click issue

We have seen an odd one this week (it happens sometimes) where the pen continues to offer the user the right click options even though the button has not been pressed.

So when you put the pen on the board it opens up a menu - as if it has been right clicked.

We never know what to do so solve it. It generally goes but comes back every now and again.

Any ideas?

Assuming that you have tried other ActivPens then I would advise that you contact our Technical Support Team so that they can ensure you have the latest software/drivers and firmware - you can contact them via the Promethean KB

Just a note, we had this happen a few times before, quite often just unplugging the board off overnight, will fix it for us.

Seems they get funny sometimes :P
