Activ Software not saving back into Sharepoint

Hi,
We have an intranet based on Sharepoint 2010 and staff have begun uploading flipcharts onto the site.
However when a staff memeber opens a flipchart and tries to amend it, they get an error message stating they cannot save to that location. They have all the specific permissions so that is not an issue.
If they have used ActivPrimary they dont even get the error message, they hit save but when they re-open the file no changes have been saved.
WE are using ActivInspire 1.4

Is this a know fault?
Is there a solution?

Hi,

Please can you try the latest version of ActivInspire V1.5 and if it is still an issue we can raise this as an Enhancement Request.

You can upgrade by selecting Help > Check for updates from within ActivInspire.
