Activeboard 60?

Hi guys

This is really a shot in the dark, so sorry if im wrong here, but we have found an Activeboard in one of our stores, and as its abreviated in the product code below, im presuming its Promethian based. information as following:

Product Code : PRM-ABOARD60
Serial Number : 3110681030

Any chance you can point us in the direction of drivers from this please? google doesn't seem to be assisting too much on this ^_^

Hi,

Yep - this is one of the first generation ActiVBoards. so the current driver avilible from here should make it work ok.

seems we are missing parts!

Power supply and pens have gone walk abouts by the looks of things. Are they still available to purchase and if so how much please?

Hi,

You can get them from our Promethean Planet shop (if you want to pay by credit card) - otherwise, you would need to contact your reseller to get these items. (If you don't know / have a reseller, I think Support would be able to adle to advise on how to get one - 0844 855 2201)

On the Planet shop, these are the items you would need:

PSU - Power Supply Unit and Cable for UK ActivBoard : Promethean Planet
Serial Cable - ActivBoard Cables (Serial Cable for 75/60/48" (8m)) : Promethean Planet
Pens - ActivPen3 (Pack of 2) : Promethean Planet

You may though want to get them from your reseller - they may be able to do a deal for you or something?
