We are suddenly getting this error message in Activinspire (latest version) with all our flip charts: "There was an error loading the page, it has been replaced by a blank page."
The horrible thing about this is that there is a 'yes' and a 'no' option... if the 'yes' button is clicked the file is automatically saved and overwrites with the blank pages!! We have had some sad teachers today...

Is this happening with all flipcharts? or just certain ones? Do you know the exact version of ActivInspire that is installed? Are these flipcharts stored on a server somewhere or are they stored locally to the machines?
The best thing to do would be to contact promethean support via PrometheanKB, answer the questions above, and send them a bad flipchart and a good one, they may be able to investigate further, though may not be able to rescue the flipcharts.
