Promethean Activeexpression 2 no power / image
I have changed the batteries (checked with 2 differnent lots) and there is no power / image on screen. Is there a reset button or a brightness adjuster?

That sounds like a strange problem. There are no reset buttons or brightness settings for the devices.
Do you know what type of batteries you used on your devices? They have to be Alkaline only.
I would recommend contacting Promethean's Support team in order that they can check the warranty and authorise a replacement (if it is deemed to be a faulty unit). You will need to ensure that you have your Proof of Purchase ready to send to them when you contact them.
