Promethean 378 Pro Sound Problem
Hi
The School has 2 Activboard 378 Pro boards. Both boards are great, but the standby button on the board, turns to red. I would like to know why the standby button turns to red and does not stay green. Is it just a Promethean power saving option?
Any help would be appreciated!

The only thing that would cause the amplifier light to go red (from green) is if the mains power is lost and then comes back again. Or if someone has pressed the button to turn the amplifier off.
Are the cleaners at the school using the same socket that the system/ board is powered from to power their vacuum cleaners?
Thank you

Hi phillyrovers
I never thought about that. I suppose the cleaners are just using the nearest power socket even if there is something already plugged into the socket. Thanks for your help!
