Actually - I completely forgot that Paxton also has a door handle version called Net2Air - from my previous pricing exercises, this seems to be very competitive as well.

I love it when these things can be integrated together but psydii is right - it doesn't happen overnight.

The trick is to look far enough into the future to ensure all technology that could go together, can come together seamlessly. But I agree it's difficult to do when things are so far away on the horizon but I guess that's where working with a good provider who has seen many of these system can help and offer guidance on things most of us have not thought about.

Our sister company CNS Ltd is a physical security supplier and installer that have done a lot of work in education. The director, Paul Konec, has worked in that sector for more years than he would care to admit to and would be happy to have a quick chat about what you're trying to achieve and offer some advice/solutions that would fit the bill.

He has experience in supplying and installing Paxton, NetGenium, Mobotix and various other solutions so could be a good place to start. If you were interested please feel free to PM and i can either give you his number/email or pass on yours.
