Vote for VeryPC in Green IT awards
A plea for your support, Edugeek friends:
The VeryPC BroadLeaf is nominated in the Hardware Product of the Year category at the Green IT Awards this year.
If you think we deserve to win (we do BTW), please visit http://www.greenitawards.com/ and give us your vote (work email addresses please - they do not accept generic @hotmail, @gmail etc).
Anyone who decides to support us, don't be shy, shout up in this thread too!
Here's our friend Colin to give you a tour of the features and benefits of The BroadLeaf (go to 3:50 for sustainability features):
And here is a PDF illustrating the environmental credentials of the BroadLeaf:
Whilst I'd love to say that everyone who votes will get sweeties as a reward, I think that might constitute buying your vote, so you'll just have to settle for our eternal gratitude instead.
Come on, The Edugeek Nation, it's your civic duty. Your VeryPC needs YOU!

A little bump and reminder to vote for BroadLeaf as Hardware Product of the Year in The Green IT Awards if you haven't already done so.
Many thanks to everyone who has taken the time to visit The Green IT Awards website and cast your vote in our favour - your support is much appreciated.
Anyone still intending to vote, go to www.greenitawards.com, click "Vote Now" at the top left and fill in your details before scrolling down to the 12th category "Hardware Product of the Year" and selecting "Very PC - BroadLeaf".
They do not accept generic emails like ...@googlemail ...@hotmail etc to avoid vote cheating, so you'll need to use your work email address, but this is only used for vote verification (see their FAQs), so you won't end up getting spammed.
You don't need to vote in every category, so you can just vote for us if you want, but there are many worthy nominees in other categories, so please look through the other awards and cast your votes there too if you have time.
Please refer to the original post for more info and a couple of nice little persuaders if you need any convincing: http://www.edugeek.net/forums/our-ad...tml#post951833
Thanks for listening, and advance gratitude to any new voters.
