What is the point in having a support forum if you don't answer most of the posts? It just pisses off your customers and wastes their time because they should have phoned you instead.![]()

You would imagine that the forum could be one of their most valuable resources as people generally ask the same stuff over and over again - but theirs shows a lack of interest in their customers.![]()
