What is the point in having a support forum if you don't answer most of the posts? It just pisses off your customers and wastes their time because they should have phoned you instead.

You would imagine that the forum could be one of their most valuable resources as people generally ask the same stuff over and over again - but theirs shows a lack of interest in their customers.
