2nd July 2009, 10:14 AM #13 Forgive my ignorance
We're a small secondary school, our entire site is currently covered by six standard like-you-would-put-in-at-home Netgear Wireless APs. It works fine for staff laptops, but occasionally a class set struggle to all get a logon server at once.
Would a Ruckus system work better? and am I looking at (ballpark) £20, £200 or £2000?

2nd July 2009, 11:28 AM #15 6 normal APs across your school? well 2 or 3 ruckus APs would certainly do the job much better and for the prices that Simon is doing at the minute people would be stupid to not ask for a quote!
PS No I am not on commission, I just know a good company when I see one.
