As its got Vista Business on it, it is automatically licenced for downgrade as per the terms of the OEM Licence. You can use any media to downgrade it.

Yep - comes with Vista Business pre-installed but has XP Pro restore media

2 colleagues bought these for their own use recently (well, they gave me their cards and I bought them), but the 4gb ram and Vista Home Premium versions, and I have to say they are the usual good quality that HP always provide. (£399 inc VAT from ebuyer)

Note also that HP are offering free Wifi access via 'The Cloud' for 12 months via HP's site (purchase anywhere). PC Savings Promotion
