One of our oldest projectors has finally given up. It's a NEC VT 460. Its had a good run at about 6-7 years.
I need a new projector and the pole, mounting plate as the one in place is from the days where they were specific to the projector.
I need this asap. Please post all quotes here. Do not pm me or try to contact me by phone at this point. This is only open for sponsors. Anyone other companies posts will be deleted immediately.

3rd March 2009, 01:18 PM #3 I am looking for a basic projector for a classroom to project onto 72" Smartboard. Any modern projector will be better than the one it is replacing and the old one was adequate so I am just looking for a cheap replacement. I am open to any popular brand.

3rd March 2009, 01:56 PM #5 Not going to knock Simon's offer but if you like NECs consider the NP100 (2000ANSI like the Sony and includes a 3yr deinstall/reinstall warranty) which is going for around £229 on Misco. SKU:143658.
No bulb warranty mentioned mind you, but it depends upon how much you want to spend, IE, £100 now extra for the coverage or potentially more later.

3rd March 2009, 02:35 PM #8 I would avoid the 100 and 200 on those NECs as they are not NECs they are rebadged ones so not the usual NEC standard (sorry to jump in with that but if you love your NECs and know them as reliable, they may not be as good)

3rd March 2009, 08:55 PM #12 NEC NP300's are the ones that I don't mind, perhaps them if you like your NEC kit.
