    Normally a MSI\Intel board they've got then cut loads of bits off and made the bios stable (no-OC'ing etc)

    It's a very good price but I have one question; you list Vista Home but include downgrade... I wasn't aware Vista Home could downgrade to XP and it's not covered on Microsoft's downgrade sheets located here and here.
