What OS is on them? Thanks. Is it 32bit VHBasic?

It mentions "VHB32 OF07 RDY", so I guess Vista Home Basic 32bit with Office 2007. I don't touch celeron processors myself, but for someone wanting a new budget laptop, sounds ok.

Intel Celeron's aren't too bad really. I recently bought/installed a new dual core celeron for a customer and it was quite fast bearing in mind I paid 28 for it.

It is indeed! Great for Education, where you can upgrade with a site license agreement

I believe that means it is office 2007 ready not that it is uncluded allthough you seem to get 30 day trial of it installed these days.

Correct, that means its got the evaluation of it on and you just need to buy a media-less licence kit for it to be fully licensed
