Your details link gives a 404 page not found.
Unless you use Apache on its many support platforms, including Windows. It(sic) you need Mod_Rewrite, it’s only available on Linux!
Nice advert for a hosting company
I have pointed to the ad url. Think its just a typo.
I had a look at the deal and it seemed very very good for hosting actually.
Might suggest it to SMT later.. (need to get rid of our god-awful site somehow!!)
It does seem like a rather good deal for those who don't want to host internally or with their RBC.
Sorry if this is a daft question but does this offer only apply to schools or can we sign up using the promotion code and host personal websites?
Just to say I have taken them up on this offer, very pleased so far, quick setup and recipt of info from them, so all looks good so far.
Oo glad I've spotted this I've been looking for some good value linux hosting that I can host a few sites on!
One question - If i have a website which I later need to add HTTPS on to - is it possible that this could be set up on a one off basis? I couldnt see anything about HTTPS on your website.
You can use your own SSL Certificate purchased from elsewhere, or purchase one from us:
Just quickly on the off-site backup... Given that data protection is a big issue and we're talking schools info, is the backup location secure and would it be considered appropriate by the relevant authorities?
Thought I'd ask
