Make a guess at what the star prize for day 25 is and I will award you a bonus entry. It's that simple - no prize for correct answer (other than pride and smugosity), but a single bonus entry for each person who has one or more guesses. Remember that no-one gets more than 3 total entries including their original entry (currently just @sparkeh and @HaleStorm are maxed out). CLUE: there is a tiny big clue somewhere in this paragraph.

EDIT - I will reveal the prize later today. I'll take guesses until 3pm then tell you all what it is, so make your guesses...

Bit of brown sauce. Job done.

Edit: Wwhhhhaaaaat? Where did that extra quote come from? @VeryPC Al - You've done it again. You've broken the Internet.

3 competitions this year [Back to school, Stock2ber, MADvent] > 3 is HALF of 6

    HALF LIFE 3 CONFIRMED!

    Wait... what.
Half Life 3 as a star prize - that would be disappointing

EDIT - also, the weird tags in your message have confused my reply too - I'me gonna leave it like this as a warning to those who follow.
Hmm the fire alarm went off when I was posting that (end of term fun and games!) must have rushed and clipped some code bits!

Half Life 3? Why don't they just call it 1-and-a-Half Life?

Thanks Al, but as an 'umble Data Manager with no budget to spend I do not qualify for the competition .

Is it a dignified sense of fulfilment free from the shackles of materialistic greed in an increasingly chaotic world?

    Or a snow cone maker?

Cos either would be pretty handy like.

That's okay - not all our IT tech entrants have buying power either - we broadened the range to include data managers and anyone working in organisational IT a couple of competitions back. PM me - I'll add you before the final draw - totally kosher.

Why do you think the comp ends tomorrow? Al needs to get back up to the north pole, don his red suit and get ready for an around the world trip.

Yes, they did indeed go back in time and add your bonus entry into the chassis from the 10th of December. Unfortunately the results were still the same. But it's in there I'm sure
