You may need to have a word with your packaging department! The box it came in was massive! probably could have fit another one plus loads of sweets
    Glad to hear it.

Our shipping guys re-use packaging where possible to cut down on waste, but we don't get many very small boxes inbound here, so they use what they can rather than buying brand new packaging.

Mine was also rather ridonculously packaged, but that worked in my favour as it was a size I needed to take bits to the charity shop (old DVDs)

Could always slit the slides and fold them down to make packaging a bit smaller may then help with your postal costs but if you pay a flat rate for so many boxes a month or something I guess not.

I agree though - my box was huge too and could have been filled with many of those lovely vegan piggies

I see where you're going with this - next time we'll ship your prize in a cargo container and stuff it in with 10 million marshmallows to stop it rattling around.

We pay a flat rate per consignment with our courier, so size/weight is not a factor until you get to a certain point.

We'll see if we can find some lifesize veggie piggies and use them as packaging in a hyooooge box next time.

    YES! Perfect packaging win.

To be fair, it would be pretty difficult to package a snuggly polar bear so that it didn't arrive in perfect condition!

Well at least you could make yourself a morning coffee in your nice new Game Over mug and enjoy the astounding spectacle of the heat reactive design as you slowly woke up.

Or did you just go back to bed?

Good guess on both fronts! Put my filter coffee machine on, grabbed a mug of coffee and went back to bed with the cat and iPlayer on my iPad!
