It looks pretty good, downloaded and installed at home and work. Not played around with it much, but seems good.
So who tried downloading at 6pm yesterday, finally was able to download about 7:50pm.
I got it about 8.30 yesterday.
I have to say, the differences are numerous yet small enough to not shock.
The new download manager is great, the predicitive link thingy I assume will get better the more I use it, and the smart bookmarks look like a major improvement.
I've also noticed it uses less memory :) , anyone else seeing this?

I don't know about anyone else, but I was having to restart FF2 every now and again cause of memeory issues.
I know its a bit early to say, but FF3 seems more responsive, and memory hasn't been an issue yet
