Chicago Code & Human Target have gone as well SGU I'm hoping will get picked up again at some point as it had that kind of ending.

I was glad Jericho at least had a conclusion even if it was a bit rushed. Las Vegas was good but had started to get a bit flaky. I think one problem is that they try and keep shows going too long & the show just can't handle it. It's almost as if the writers are surprised and have to start chucking things into keep it going.

@localzuk: Ohhh snap! With added Sons of Anarchy, NCIS & Fringe

I too am getting sick of show cancelations, SGU did start of badly but it did get much better to the point that it was actually quite good in the end. It always seems to be the way that these TV 'people' never give shows enough time to actually work out. I did think that the final for SGU was really good though an as a sci-fi show had something that very few other shows now actually have; hope. Everything else is about the worst in people, the war on crime or cutting people open in various ways to try and save them.

But yeah, it's probably best it ended when it did, they couldn't really drag it out forever without it becoming boring or like flash forward, i.e only hints of the bigger picture at the end of each episode.
Gene Hunt was a star! He was very well played.

NCIS & LA, Fringe, CSI/Miami/NY, Criminal Minds/Suspect Behaviour along iwth Eureka and Warehouse 13 are our faves..

    V 2009 still hasn't had confirmation about a Season 3 yet

Was disappointed that FF was cancelled without closure though..
Glad BSG got closure, didn't like Caprica's Pilot - though the new Blood & Chrome sounds interesting..

I'm still not sure about Game of Thrones - while visually stunning, not much seems to be happening in the episodes... They always leave me wanting much more (which I suppose is good, as I can't wait for the next episode). Perhaps I was just spoilt by Spartacus... :-D!

I know a lot of people gave up at the same point, but it was worth continuing as the plot got better and better.

I'm holding out on games of thrones, half way through the book.

if anyones read the books and watched the show. does it spoil anything from the other books?
