I managed to negotiate a 1st floor room with a sea view(just), and air conditioning, it's 8 metres square and I share it with a technician, our servers, stores, and workbenches. Much better than the converted ex-girls toilet we used to have as an office!

I bet we don't have as much space post-BSF.

(no, I don't get kickbacks, but we have used him for all our air-con and he's very good).
