    I remember it well.
It will never be the same - leave it alone.

Who would play Avon, Servalan and Soolin?

It just wouldnt be the same I tell you!!!

I would never go back and watch it again but I have fond memories of it.

The computers were good - I liked Orac, cheeky perspex chappie. Zen was cool, too. "Confirmed!"

Quarries, water pumping stations and woodlands. They really went all out on the sets, didn't they?

And how could I forget the wobbly teleport?

It was a sad day when The Liberator was lost.

Link: Blake’s 7 set for comeback - and Brian Croucher wants to reprise role as Commander Travis

    An American re-launch?

...And this week it was announced a 13-part series, described as a “revolutionary reinvention”, is being developed by US cable network Syfy.

Heroes writer Joe Pokaski is working on scripts and Casino Royale director Martin Campbell is lined up to be behind the camera...
Perhaps this is not as the good news I initially thought it was. I am thinking of the unmitigated disasters that have gone before where an American hand has produced UK TV programs:

    Doctor Who [The television film]
    Torchwood: Miracle Day
    Primeval: New World
